What is Makeup?
Cosmetics applied to the face to enhance or change the appearance.

Before applying makeup you should first ensure that your skin is clean. You will first need to apply a skin primer so that the liquid foundation or powder has a base to sit on. The skin primer also adds to the longevity of the makeup when it’s applied.  You also need to ensure that the shade foundation or face powder matches your skin tone. You don’t want it to be too white or too dark.
For persons who are not into too much makeup there are BB creams (beauty blemish). BB cream is promoted as an all-in-one facial cosmetic product to replace serum, moisturizer, primer, foundation and sun block.  It can be worn alone as a tinted moisturizer, over serum and moisturizer as a regular foundation, and under powder, depending on the desired amount of coverage.
BRUSHES should be used to apply makeup instead of sponges. Sponges store bacteria and can cause the skin to break out easily. You have various forms of eye shadow and powder brushes. But I find that the flat top kabuki brush works better with liquid and powder. Your brushes should be washed at least once weekly.

EYEBROW / EYEBROW GROOMING

Eyebrows can be groomed in various ways, either by trimming, waxing, tweezing, threading or shaving. But you have to be careful as not to overdo this. Go with a shape brow that compliments your face. You don’t want to arch your brows too high, make them crooked or make a straight line across.
