St Mary men wanted for questioning in murders still on the run

The St Mary police are still seeking the assistance of the public to locate three men that are being sought for questioning in relation to three murders committed in the parish this year.

The men are: 29-year-old Charles Hamilton, alias ‘Tuggy Tuggy’; Davar Commock and Romario Foster, alias ‘Weng.’

In relation to Charles Hamilton, he is being sought for questioning in relation to a triple murder in Annotto Bay, St Mary on Thursday, September 8.

Those killed are: 62-year-old labourer Albert Pryce, otherwise called ‘Ali’ of Annotto Bay, St. Mary, 25-year-old Rushell Williams, bartender and her daughter, eight-month-old Aleair Sewell of Swift River, Portland.  The three were shot dead  at Pryce’s home about 3 a.m. , September 8

Hamilton is also being sought for escaping the custody of the Islington police on August 11. Hamilton was awaiting sentencing on September 15 in the Home Circuit Court on a charge of shooting with intent after he was found guilty in the St Mary Circuit Court in July.

In the meantime, police are seeking Davar Commock, who they believe can assist them in making a breakthrough into the stabbing death of 42-year-old Orville Francis, a HEART/Trust NTA teacher of Almond Tree Lane, Wilderness, Oracabessa, St. Mary.

Francis was found at his apartment on Monday, February 29 at around 2 p.m. with his throat slashed and several stab wounds over his body.

Meanwhile, Romario Foster is wanted in connection with the murder of 20-year-old Lamar Stewart of Spring Head, Oracabessa in the parish.

Police reported that on 9 a.m. on Sunday, February 14 in Spring Head, Oracabessa, Stewart was allegedly involved in a dispute with Foster, when he was stabbed. Foster fled the scene and has been on the run since.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Hamilton, Commock and Foster is being asked to contact the nearest police station.
