chefsThe culinary team at Beaches Ocho Rios recently mined two gold and two silver medals at the Prestigious Taste of Jamaica competition. Samoya Morgan (second left) “Top of the Class chef” received the Rainforest Seafood Trophy in the Seafood Category for their coconut Shrimp Rundown.  Vivian Hinds (right) also won gold and a trophy for his Soursop Grilled Lamb Rack with Coconut bammie. Silver medals were awarded  to Jevaune Duffus (third left) for Seared Rosemarie Pork and Lemar Carter (left) for Jerked Lamb Chops with dasheen and chocho.
