3 arrested in 14-year-old’s murder

Three males are in police custody in connection with the murder of 14-year-old Raven Wilson who was found dead Sunday, October 21, in St Ann.
In a release Thursday evening police said three males were taken into custody on Wednesday, October 24 as they investigate the death of the Ocho Rios High School girl. The men were reportedly picked up on Market Street, St. Ann’s Bay, St Ann and are to be questioned by detectives.
Police gave no details about the men, but their statement today supports reports carried by the North Coast Times Wednesday that police had questioned three people in connection with the death of Raven.
The reports to The Times said people had been accusing members of a particular family of being involved in the girl’s death. Police were insisting that the three had not been in custody and were not suspects. They were making all efforts to prevent any breakdown of the situation.

The next edition of the North Coast Times will have the full details.
